I find the chairs and desks really uncomfortable, especially when sitting at them for more than a few hours at a time.

The desks are too low and quite unstable, and the table stands are often in the way of my feet.

You have completely the wrong concept. A Flat White doesn't mean it doesn't have any foam. The 'Flat' but refers to it not being loaded up with airy foam like a Cappuccino. Wir tun unseren ausländischen Kollegen und Freunden keinen Gefallen, wenn wir grundsätzlich englisch sprechen und schreiben. Ich wäre total genervt an deren Stelle, wie soll ich die Inlandssprache lernen.
Darum plädiere ich für deutsch als Standardsprache in Wort und Email und gerne englisch als Ergänzung.
